Teacher Profile: Acharin Jane Pearce, Defo
De: Attain, Fo: Buddha

Acharin Jane was born in Brentwood Essex, trained in martial arts for several years, competed internationally and won a 3rd in the World Championships 1996.
Her spiritual development started 7 years ago when emotional traumas had manifested and brought her physical body to a halt. She wanted to start cleaning up the unhealthy condition of her mind, find her purpose and ultimately transform herself.
She started with Reiki 1 & 2, then moved on to metaphysical studies for two years and practised various methods for gaining awareness. On meeting Dechan Jueren on his first visit to England 2007, she instantly connected to the practices of the Esoteric School.
She has had the privilege of being traditionally taught Prajna Akas’agarbha, from master to student. She is now the only empowered teacher in the UK for the Prajna Akas’agarbha. She has already found much contentment within herself with the purifying of the mind and body. Ridding herself of obstacles, and personal limitations she has found her purpose in life with becoming a teacher of the Dharma
PRAJNA AKAS’AGARBHA is a powerful yoga/moving meditation which consists of a sequence of 16 flowing movements, visualizations and a mantra chanted silently throughout. All movements are in a standing position. This is a practice for those seeking change and transformation gaining a profound and deeper level of connection to all and everything. This practice helps to detox the mind and body of self-limitation, negativity, emotional imbalance and physical impurities, thus allowing one to gain deeper awareness by overcoming hindrances. This is suitable for the new-comer to advanced on the path of self-cultivation.
