Our Temple and meditation centre relies on the help of many voluntary helpers and friends.  Without their deditated support we would be unable to carry on many of the activities that are offered by our team.  We welcome help and support from people in a wide range of areas, such as; gardening and outside work, office work, and house hold tasks.  No previous experience is necessary, just a good sence of humour and willingness to join in!

In helping the centre, you are offering a service to the community and creating some good Karma for yourself!
